Welcome to ColorFig. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of www.colorfig.com (the "Site") and any products you purchase from us. ColorFig ("we," "us," "our") is operated by [LEGAL BUSINESS NAME], based in Houston, Texas, USA. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that you are able to form a binding contract with us.

2. Products and Orders

  • Our products are paintable 3D-printed figurine kits ("Figments") and related items. Many are made to order or printed on demand.
  • Each kit ships as an unpainted white figurine with paints and supplies. Product photos and painted examples are illustrative only — your finished results depend on your own painting, and colors and finishes will vary.
  • We may limit, refuse, or cancel any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud or errors in pricing or availability. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund you.

3. Custom and Personalized Items

Custom or personalized items (including our Signature line) are made specifically for you. Because they are bespoke, they may not be eligible for return or refund except where required by law or where the item arrives damaged or defective. Production and delivery timelines for custom items are estimates, not guarantees.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change at any time.
  • You are responsible for any applicable taxes. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers; by paying, you authorize the charge.
  • We work to keep pricing accurate but are not liable for typographical errors. If an item's correct price is higher than the price listed, we may cancel and refund the affected order.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship within the United States. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you once the order is delivered to the carrier. Please see our Shipping & Returns policy for full details.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Shipping & Returns / Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Custom items, and items that have been used or painted, may not be returnable except in the case of a defect or shipping damage.

7. Product Safety and Use

  • Our kits contain small parts and are intended as craft activities. They are NOT toys for children under 3 years of age, due to small parts and a potential choking hazard.
  • Adult supervision is recommended whenever children paint. Keep paints, brushes, and small parts away from young children and pets.
  • Use all materials as directed. Do not eat, drink, or place any kit component in your mouth, and wash hands after use.

  • You are responsible for the safe use, supervision, and storage of the product.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including designs, 3D models, the ColorFig name and logo, the "Figgy" character, text, graphics, and images — is owned by or licensed to ColorFig and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, 3D-print, or create derivative works from our designs or content without our prior written permission. Purchasing a kit grants you a personal, non-commercial right to paint and enjoy it; it does not transfer any intellectual property rights.

9. User-Submitted Content

If you submit photos, reviews, or other content (for example, to our Featured Creations gallery or social media), you grant ColorFig a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and share that content for marketing and promotional purposes, with attribution where practical. You represent that you own or have the rights to the content and that it does not infringe anyone's rights or contain unlawful or offensive material.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to it, scraping it, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

11. Disclaimers

The Site and products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, except as required by law. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that your painted results will match any example shown.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ColorFig and its owners and operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ColorFig and its owners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or products or your violation of these Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in [COUNTY] County, Texas.

15. Changes to These Terms
