We want every Figment experience to be a great one. 🎨 If something's not quite right, here's how we've got you covered:

🙅 Changed your mind? No worries — it happens! Unopened, unpainted kits can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is the customer's responsibility, and kits must be unopened and unpainted. Just email us at figgy@colorfig.com and we'll walk you through it.

🔄 Want to swap for something different? If you'd like to exchange an unopened, unpainted kit for another Figment in our catalog, reach out within 30 days of delivery at figgy@colorfig.com and we'll find your perfect match.

📦 Something arrived damaged or wrong? That's on us — and we'll fix it fast, including covering return shipping. Send a photo within 7 days to figgy@colorfig.com and we'll ship a replacement or issue a full refund — no questions asked.

✨ Personalized & Signature Figments Because every custom Figment is made specifically for you, these can't be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective. We'll always confirm your design details before we print, so you know exactly what's coming.
