At ColorFig, every Figment is made with care — from printing and packing to getting it safely to your door. We want your creative experience to feel easy, joyful, and worry-free.
🚚 Shipping
We ship most orders within 3–5 business days. Each kit includes your unpainted 3D Figment, paint set, and brushes — all ready for you to bring to life!
Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking number so you can follow your Figment’s journey home.

💛 Returns & Replacements
Because every Figment is printed and packed to order, we can’t accept general returns once a kit has been opened or used.
But — your happiness matters. If something arrives damaged, missing, or not quite right, just send us an email within 7 days of delivery (a photo helps!) and we’ll make it right.
