🙅 Changed your mind? No worries — it happens! Unopened kits can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Just drop us an email at figgy@colorfig.com and we'll take care of the rest.
🔄 Want to swap for something different? If you'd like to exchange an unopened kit for another Figment in our catalog, we're happy to make that happen. Reach out within 30 days of delivery at figgy@colorfig.com and we'll find you the perfect match.
📦 Something arrived damaged or wrong? That's on us and we'll fix it fast. Send us a photo within 7 days to figgy@colorfig.com and we'll ship a replacement or issue a full refund — no questions asked.
✨ Personalized & Signature Figments Because every custom Figment is made specifically for you, these can't be returned or exchanged. We'll always confirm your design details before we print, so you know exactly what's coming.
